Great wheels, serviced and all fluids changed, new coil and vacuum lines. Runs good. These days they get lowered and have a big motor thrown in with disc brakes. All new accessories on the engine were installed when assembled, water pump, fuel pump, distributor, coil, wires, plugs, all sending units, alternator, and Quick Fuel 650 carburetor. Other items that were also replaced with new include; front shocks, radiator, transmission cooling lines, hoses, belts, heater core, and a new dual exhaust system from the manifolds to the tailpipes. Two weeks ago we had four new Firestone TransForce tires installed. There is not really much on this truck left to give the next owner any problems, it can be driven anywhere without a worry. The windshield is clear and free of chips or scratches, it is original Ford glass. The paint is in great shape with some chips but with a coat of wax every year it seems to really keep a good shine, the interior is in great shape, clean with no rips or tears in the seat. The door panels are in great shape also and solid. The windows have a light tint. Air conditioning blows very cold on the highway or in town, the extra capacity radiator really keeps the engine cool even when idling with the A/C on high. This truck has never been smoked in. I purpose built this truck for myself, intended to be left at a rural Montana cabin for year round use. The cabin has been sold, so here is the truck for sale. I spent over 24k (my cost) building this truck to be one mean mountain machine. This truck is turn-key, ready for the new owner. I bought quality parts from LMC Truck, spent a fortune on the drive train. I get thumbs up and chatted up at every gas station when driving this. I started with a rust free straight truck from the high desert of eastern WA. 1975 model year is emission exempt in most states including California. This truck was built to be used, but could be proudly shown at any car event. Motor estimated at 350 HP & 425 TQ. Edelbrock electric choke 4 barrel on a 4 barrel intake. Dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Newly rebuilt automatic C6 transmission with shift kit. High/Low transfer case, 2 or 4 wheel. I built this set-up for low end grunt, but it still raps out quick, incredible power. High pinion Dana 44 front axle with locker. I set this truck up to bust snow drifts, you can have full positive traction up front with both hubs locked in, or drive it in mild 4 wheel drive with 1 hub locked in. The rear end is the famous Ford 9 inch, I left the rear end with open differential. When driving in ice or light snow you do not want a locked up rear end, you will slide all over. With this setup you get max traction and drivability. Heavy duty radiator and trans cooler. We built some heavy duty solid steel Bambi bumpers. In Montana, we run the gauntlet on back roads when it comes to deer and other wildlife. Everyone I know has hit a deer with their expensive truck causing severe damage. I promise….if you hit a deer with this front bumper, the deer will lose, you will have a lot of blood to clean up, but this truck will be just fine. Warn winch with controller, 2 KC lights with covers. Truck can be easily returned to chrome bumpers if desired. We re-wired most of the truck, everything works as it should. 35/12.5/15 BFG KM2’s on aluminum wheels, maybe 200 miles on this set. BODY I started off with a clean rot free straight original Ford truck, we all know what a feat that is to find. No rot anywhere, very little body work needed before paint. Painted a nice dark metallic blue inside and out. The bed is raptor lined, new seals and windshield. All the aftermarket parts are from LMC Truck, they are quality and expensive, no JC Whitney crap. The undercarriage is coated with POR-15, the best stuff available. Decent CD player and speakers. The glass is all good, nothing major imperfection wise sticks out to me, but this truck has been driven so there is a minor rock chip here and there. This is one great sorted out vintage Ford truck. This truck and restore would cost 29-31k at my shop. Take advantage, get a new restoration at a much better price right now with no waiting. It Has a 79 cab and front end on it so has square headlights. It has a good running 460 V8 and automatic transmission. It has power steering and brakes but no A/c. The rubber is good and it has white spoke wheels. The body is good shape for it age but there is a couple spots. The first is on the passenger side cowl are where the paint has lifted off. The other is on bottom of the passenger side front fender there is little bubbling of the paint. The clearcoat is peeling on the top of hood and cab. This truck runs excellent the only think Ive noticed is it idles pretty high. It has a brand new carb on it and may just need adjustment. The seat is recovered and looks good but there is a small tear on the drivers side. The flatbed is a Hillsboro brand and is virtually brand new. There is a gooseneck ball hitch built into the flatbed but I don't think its ever had a trailer on it. This truck has some age on it and has been restored some time ago but overall is a very solid classic old Ford. I have tried to list everything fairly about this truck but if any other questions call 402-200-0888 and I will be glad to answer any others.
