2001 honda civic wheel bolt pattern

Bolt Pattern Question

Hi I am new to the forum, but I have been browsing for awhile. I am looking for some new rims to replace my stock wheels on my 2001 Civic EX, and I stumbled across a used set on a local classified, which says they were on a 1996 accord. Now, I know that the bolt patterns are different on the cars, but the wheel is a universal type pattern, and she told me that they would fit. My first question is, will the rims fit my bolt pattern because I believe that the 1996 Accords have a 4X114.3, while the 2001 Civics have a 4X100. Does the universal bolt pattern make it fit both? And my next question is, these rims are 17 inch rims, will they fit ok if the bolt pattern is fine? Do you think there will be any rubbing or anything? Thanks guys.

Whats the lug pattern for a 2001-2005 civic?

Is it 4x100 or 4x114.3?

I have someone selling me a set of rims for their civic and i have an accord. My accord is a 1995 which is a 4x114.3 bolt pattern and the guy who had the aftermarket rims says its on his civic and also mentions that its both 4x100 and 4x114.3.. is this true?

If thats the case then I would rather get GSR rims but I was told 4x100s dont fit on the 5th gen accords.

aftermarket wheels are often dual bolt pattern so they will fit 4x100 and 4x114

the civic and integra are both 4x100

Your car has a 4x100 bolt pattern. Depending on the wheel size and offset, most other 4x100 Honda wheels will fit. The Honda Fit's wheels have an extremely high offset, and clearances might be tight.
