  2. If a mechanical part proves to be defective within the 6 Month Warranty period, at the seller’s discretion, they will either replace the part within a reasonable amount of time or issue a refund.
  3. If you need to return a part, you must contact us to obtain a RMA number before shipping anything back.
  4. Original shipping charges and return shipping are not refunded. Seymour Auto is not responsible for the return of shipping and handling fees if it is determined that the customer was at fault for ordering a part incorrectly.
  5. Seller is not responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage.
  6. No warranty or reimbursement on labor.
  7. Refund will be made in the same form of payment.
  8. Parts damaged or altered by the customer are not warrantied.
  9. Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty will be made without it.
  10. No claim can be made on body parts, colors, or trim packages.
  11. Overheating voids all warranties.
  12. Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error.
  13. If there is an issue with your part, contact Seymour Auto prior to removing the part or attempting any repair to the part. Failure to obtain any authorization to repair will void warranty.
  14. Seymour Auto makes no claim as to the suitability of any part for any particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of parts purchased for purposed intended.
  15. Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS/FedEx and freight shipments. Shipping is beyond the seller’s control.

Engine Warranty

  1. Used engines are guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head(s), or a bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e. carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warrantied. These occasionally, but not always, are left on the engine for installer’s convenience ONLY.
  2. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
  3. Used engines are guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption for 6 months from date of sale.
  4. It is required buyer replace rear main seal, timing belt, thermostat, and inspect gaskets prior to installation.
  5. Warranty will be void if not installed by a licensed technician.

Transmission Warranty

  1. Improper fluid levels, failure to install new filer (A.T. Only), broken fuel pump, or improper installation vids all warranties.
  2. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
  3. It is required that buyer replace front seal prior to installation.
  4. All transmissions come with a 6 Month Warranty from date of sale.
  5. Oil cooler and transmission lines must be flushed.
  6. Warranty will be void if not installed by a licensed technician.
