Blue Cross Community Centennial

Blue Cross Community Centennial is a health insurance plan. This plan is part of New Mexico's Medicaid program. Those who qualify for full Medicaid can enroll with a managed care organization (MCO). Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) is one of the MCOs offering Medicaid coverage.

BCBSNM wants to make sure you get the health care you need. Our plan covers services that are medically necessary. It includes coverage for:

Services Provided:

Blue Cross Community Centennial Plan is a health insurance plan that is part of New Mexico's Medicaid program. Plans include medical benefits, drug coverage, dental and vision care, behavioral health, transportation and long term care. Value added services include physical health services, maternity services, and behavior health services. Home meal delivery, Native American Traditional Healing and Wellness, remote monitoring program and respite bed are offered for under physical health service.
