Christmas events 2021 in Singapore

As the streets get decked out in fairy lights, sparkling ornaments and tinsel, it’s time to head out and bask in the festive mood! Get ready for festive afternoon tea sessions, your favourite characters all dressed up for the party and of course beautiful lightups everywhere!

Now that we’re back to social gatherings of 5 pax, grab your buds and head out safely.

1. A Universal Christmas at Universal Studios Singapore 

Celebrate Christmas with the stars this festive season at Universal Studios Singapore! Head to the Rockin’ Railway Train as the Christmas Train Track Trio make their surprise visit. They’ll be joined by the likes of Gru, Lucy, Edith, Agnes and Margo from Illumination’s Despicable Me and Cookie Monster plus Oscar from Sesame Street. DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek and Princess Fiona will also be there to spread cheer, because even ogres can be jolly!

At the North Pole Postal Service, you can write your very own and have it dropped into the biggest mailbox ever at Universal Studios Singapore!

2.  Poinsettia Wishes at Gardens by the Bay

The well loved seasonal floral display is back at this year’s Poinsettia Wishes at Gardens by the Bay. Marvel at the 9 metre tall cupcake ferris wheel and other larger than life treats like candied applies, candy canes and gingerbread decorated animals. 

Explore the dazzling Luminarie installations and festive plants like Poinsettias, Violas and real Christmas trees!

3. S.E.A. Aquarium x Pinkfong Baby Shark The Fin-tastic Friends’ Jolly Adventure

Come explore a merry marine world that’s full of fun ways to spend your holiday at S.E.A. Aquarium! Dance with Pinkfong plus Baby Shark, and skip along a special interactive musical walkway to play a hit song. You can also head to the photo zones for a memorable keepsake.

6. Big Bus Singapore Christmas Light-Up Tour

Want to check out the Christmas light up without squeezing in the crowds or walking down the long stretch of Orchard Road? Hop on an open-top, double-decker bus and cruise past iconic landmarks like the Singapore Flyer and the Esplanade, before driving past City Hall and Fort Canning. 6. Night Safari - Evening in the Wild: Christmas Jamboree

Spot iconic landmarks like London Bridge, the Bali Swing and even a Hawaii Tiki Hut where you can pose for plenty of photos. 

From 6-11pm daily, experience magical snowfall amidst Jewel Changi Airport’s lush surrounding at the Canopy Park & Shiseido Forest Valley.

8. Nordic Christmas Dream Cruises 

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas onboard the World Dream! Now till 1 January 2022, the World Dream has special Nordic Christmas festivities going on. Enjoy a spectacular performance "Jolly Holly" featuring Santa, Nutcracker ballet dancers, Aerialists and lots of laughs from the Fairy Godmother.Take part in their festive Christmas workshops and tuck into Christmas must-haves like Roast Turkey with cranberry sauce and stuffing, Apple spiced cake and more!

9. Snow City Ice Hotel
