** We typically offer walk-in services, but due to the current public health situation associated with COVID-19, we ask you to please call us first so that we can ask you some screening questions and schedule an appointment for you. We can schedule an appointment for you up to a week in advance. If you are on your way to the clinic and were not able to plan ahead, please call us while you are still in your car or on your way to the clinic. If you arrive at the clinic and have not called first, we will ask you to please go outside or to your car and call us to complete the screening for COVID-19 exposure and symptoms before you enter the clinic. **

Dallas County Health and Human Services offers vaccinations to adults for routine immunization and foreign travel. Foreign travelers, please visit:CDC's traveler's health page to find out which vaccines are recommended for your country of travel. The clinic, which is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, is located in Room 141, on the first floor of the DCHHS building at 2377 N Stemmons Freeway Dallas, TX 75207.

Appointments are not required:

DCHHS charges a $25 administrative fee per patient for their first time visit, plus the cost of the needed vaccines. Payment of the administrative fee is made once a year.

A $5 fee is assessed for the replacement of missing shot records. International travel cards cost $5.
