Directions to lodge of the four seasons

While the room (bathroom) was maybe not as clean as I would hope for, it wasn't nasty. But all the staff encountered were super friendly and helpful! That goes a long way!

We have always loved going to the Lodge, we were on the 4fTh floor. There was an odor of Mold in our room and in the Hallway. Our room was clean but I woke in the night smelling Mold. We did not have air condition on. Due to temperature outdoors. Got up to put it on just to move the air.

Staff was not very friendly when we checked in. Room was dirty with what looked like blood stains on the floor next to the bed. Black mold all around the tub. Saturday when we went back to our room our door keys would not work. Left this morning sick I am sure due to the black mold. Not very happy!!!!

The best of the worst. Good luck.

The lodge is dated, the rooms are VERY dark, lighting is poor in both the bathroom and the room itself. The only light was 2 lamps and a desk lamp. The door to the room does not close, so if you forget to check it, it could be a safety concern. There is NO water provided in the room. Zero. The vending machines were not filled and when I inquired the staff said it was not their responsibility. I’m in a boot, walked to the front desk because there was no service to the room, and was charged $16 for 3 bottles of Dasani water. I travel a lot for work. I sadly stay here because it is the best of the options, which is not saying a lot. There is clearly something going on in this town that no major hotel chain has been able to move in. They do not have to update or offer upscale amenities because there is NO competition. I believe this hotel can and should do better for the price they are charging.

Great property

Spa is fantastic. Food options were great. Friendly servers and front desk. Great lake view. Property was a little older. Room was clean but nothing fancy. Pool was clean and not crowded.

Dirty, the mirror had food smeared on it. The telephone did not work. We had to call on our personal phone because the shower would not come on. They said oh it sticks sometimes, just pound on it. So they knew it was broke. No ice conveniently located. Smelled like mold. The room does not look at all like the picture. More like a run down motel on the side of the road

Needs major updating

We always have a good time while staying. Services are always very help and courteous. **The whole resort needs major updating. A lot of buildings look rundown and falling apart on the outsides.**
