It's very pretty and smells amazing. The service staff is very polite and very accommodating. Our hotel room was located right in front of construction which was not ideal. We also were guided into the vacation package gimmick which was fine. The sales man was
very polite and super awesome. The quality assurance manager was terrible. I was very angry after leaving the office and it made me absolutely never want to stay with the fiesta Americana brand ever again. He was argumentative and down right rude. The food is mediocre. The restaurants were edible but that's about it. The Italian restaurant was our worst experience. The food was terrible, we were only given one menu and when asked for another they said they did not have enough, and our table was
unbalanced. Most of the tables in the resort were unbalanced. There are not many options for activities either- there is only singing and dancing. If you want any night activists you will have to leave. There is no shuttles only taxis- including the airport. The desserts are not recognizable and the ones that are, are terrible. The spa is double American prices for less time. Over all there are major pros and cons. Makes it average at best. Was glad I got a good deal on the room because I would
have been pissed if I paid more than what I did- we booked on Expedia for $232. The resort was smaller than some which was actually quite nice as everything so accessible!! Rooms were nice and beds quite comfortable. Staff we’re so kind and friendly. The food was AMAZING!! Oh and the massage by the beach was a dream come true!! Several in our group are already planning to book
