We saw some great performances and many PR's led by the sprint group. The Boys 4x100 team moved
into 8th all time with a run of 43.89. The 100 meters saw personal bests out of all the runners, led by Justin York who improved his 10th all time position in the 100 with a run of 11.28.
Congratulations to those athletes who put up personal best this past weekend at Amador. Special consideration goes to Josephine Miller who cleared 5' in the high jump, placing her at the top of the league and one of the top in NCS. Other top
performances were: Dominic Johnson and Justin York in the 100 running 11.63 and 11.64 respectfully, Chandler Smoak who took first in the Freshmen Disc at 83-7 and Xavier Thorpe who took 8th overall with a throw of 107-10. Owen Omweg also had a good showing in the Long Jump and the High Jump placing 5th.
