Hilton garden inn columbia sc farrow rd

Place was clean and quiet. We were there for my sons graduation at Fort Jackson about 10 minutes away and everything worked out perfectly. The breakfast buffet was perfect, not overcrowded and a good value for the money. Dan the manager that checked us in couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel is about 2 minutes off I-77 and 2 exits away from Ft. Jackson made it there in under 10 minutes. Their are a couple of places to eat right next door and the main strip is about 15 minutes away for a bigger selection. It’s across the street from a medical complex so it fairly quiet and traffic is never that bad. I would definitely recommend it for anyone attending graduation at the fort.

The hotel was clean, but I wasn't aware that Hilton Gardens doesn't accept cash payments until I arrived for check-in.

Location,all 3 rooms were very comfy,staff was very friendly.In town for funeral,had to extend stay,hotel clerk was very understanding and took care of situation with no problem.This is my hotel when in town.Thanks to the staff for the hospitality

Serious plumbing issues! Couldn't use our toilet at all. Even the reception toilets were clogged. Shower pressure was terrible. No one cleaned our room.

Overall our experience was good. Weather forced us out a night early but the property and surrounding area was good. Huge package of parking and with construction vehicles in parking lot they would each park diagonal taking up 6-8 spots. We had to circle the parking lot for 40 min waiting for a spot to open to park, just so we could go in and pack up to leave due to weather conditions.
