Anand helped get us in our room without a reservation in only a few minutes. The property is clean inside and out, and I wouldn't have a problem recommending the hotel. I also appreciate there being security cameras in the parking lot after having my Jeep broke into a couple weeks ago at another hotel....

We booked to stay When the concert we attended was over. It was very to get off the Interstate and into the parking lot. Staff was very helpful. They made a mistake on our charge, got our reservation mixed up with someone else and charged their room to us. I noticed it on my bank app and went to the front desk. The young lady said she had made a mistake and corrected it immediately. She was super nice. They were remodeling rooms and the ones finished were very nice. I recommend this place.

Booked a room for two days, taking my child to a theme park 20 minutes away. First day we arrived the lady at the front desk was rude and stayed in the phone speaking another language while we check in. And then just hands me the room key/card i keep standing there thinking she was going to say thank you or something? And nope! She says “you good” In a horrible English accent. So we get in the squeaky almost broken elevator to our room and the key doesn’t work, frustrated, carrying our luggage back in this sketchy elevator I tell her the room keep don’t work, still on the phone she seems frustrated and changes the room COMPLETELY and gives me a new room key. We get to the room to find it’s hot! Temperature set to 75 on a 100 degree day, smelled of mildew. My child steps on someone’s ear ring that was left from a previous guest! We made the best of it BUT if I would have know how horrible this place was I would not have brought my child in this facility! Did not ever feel safe as we arrived two men gazed at us from a bush beside the hotel smoking something that appeared to be ****. On our 2nd night stay we return from a long day in the sun and our room key doesn’t work AGAIN! Same routine as the previous day, lady seems pissed and (TALKING ON THE PHONE) and last but not least they put a $100 dollar hold on my debit card and it’s been 48 hours and still haven’t got that back. I called to confirm and no clue what I was told because the English was so bad but I’m sure she said “No” or “Now” and haven’t seen it yet. Save yourself the headache and frustration and PLEASE go somewhere else!

Our room smelled musty-moldy. I complained, but since I had a small pet, they would not move us. I later realized the smell was from a faulty air conditioner unit, which spewed a musty smell and rattled and clattered all night. No sleep.

Free breakfast is great! Rich in content, cereals, bread, cakes, scrambled eggs, beef patties, coffee, milk, fruits, etc., although Western food, also eat full. The rooms are small and the facilities are simple but clean and tidy. You can also stay with a 14-year-old child. It takes ten minutes to eat and supermarket, and parking is free.

We came to see a play and had an exceptional stay at the hotel. We had checked in on the app; Gary Potts at the front desk greeted me by name as a titanium member and thank me for my loyalty when he gave me the keys to our room on the 15th floor. Great view of the city. The next day we returned to the front desk because I was shocked to see Uber wanted $49 for the short ride to the theater. Gary greeted us by name and agreed that there should be another option. He called a taxi service and scheduled one for us after confirming the price ($3.50!) and verifying the details with us. Lisa, who also was at the front desk, assisted us with maps and information about the local area. It was a pleasure to have both of them take such a personal interest. The next day when we checked out, Lisa asked about the performance and chatted with us again. The personnel in the restaurant and bar were also very professional and attentive. This property obviously puts a priority on its clientele as well cleanliness and upkeep.. We're not sure when we'll return to Chattanooga, but this is where I know we will stay.

We spent a wonderful night at the Hotel Indigo Chattanooga. The hotel is updated and comfortable, with very friendly and welcoming staff members. Special recognition for Aaron at check-in and all of the great valet staff. We had a hotel upgrade to a suite based on our IHG membership level. The suite was tastefully decorated with modern touches, and it was a very quiet and cool retreat on a hot July night. The location is great with a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Broad Street & Market Street, and all of the attractions near the River. We’ll be back!

I have stayed in this hotel at least half dozen times now and have always had exceptional guest service. Over the Labor Day weekend I got there after having a very stressful week. I had mistakenly booked a room with one bed. After informing the guest services of my error, they immediately got to work, trying to find some alternatives for me. I was given so much attention, it was refreshing. They found a room accommodating my request / need. If I'm in the Chattanooga area I never want to stay anywhere else. Well done.

The location is perfect if one has to get to the airport, & is not far away from downtown Chattanooga, The bed was comfortable, the facility clean, The room/kitchen had no coffeepot nor coffee/tea or dishes/pots/pans/silverware. Wake-up service was 20 minutes too early, kind of bad when one has to get up at 5 AM, It would be nice if there was something available to eat - a danish or something - for those who have to get up before breakfast is served. And, of course, if there was a coffeepot in the lobby so guests could enjoy it when needed. But the bed was comfy; everything was very clean.

We booked a 1 King room for just one night as we were passing through the city. It seemed to be the cheapest, yet cleaner of the budget hotels we found. Parking is very wonky and a little difficult the way the spaces are positioned, but we made it work. Check in was ok, staff was friendly enough. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. It had a sofa bed, desk area, fridge, microwave and other basic amenities. Having a bit of a larger room definitely made the quick stay that much nicer. The hotel was older, but the room was clean enough and all furniture was in decent condition. The bedroom area was spacious enough but would have been nice to have a side table on both sides of the bed. The bed was firm, but comfortable enough for one night sleep. It had clean sheets with a top cover and a few pillows. The desk area was decent size and enough storage for two people. Wifi was wonky, not super reliable at all times. The bathroom area was clean with very basic toiletries. There was an unopened tube of Toms toothpaste which was super odd for a Travelodge to offer. I'm guessing someone left it behind and housekeeping just put it there. There was enough counter space for us and enough basic towels. Shower was good enough with hot water. The area is definitely for those traveling through, a decent amount around and close to the highway. It wasn't super quiet, but good enough without a lot of people right outside your door.

My daughter made reservations on Tuesday for our stay on Thursday and Friday. My daughter was having surgery on Friday morning and this was the reason for our stay. They received her debit card info and we even received a confirmation email. Thursday night around 11:30 we arrived at the hotel to check in and they could not find our reservation or could not confirm any info connected to the info for the reservation. They told us they were completely booked basically letting us know they had given our reservations away. So that left us around midnight with a one year old baby and my daughter needing surgery the next morning out hunting for a hotel. We had to call over 12 hotels before we found an available hotel at double the price we booked this hotel for. We were tire from traveling and felt absolutely defeated. The next morning we called to see what they could do to make it right and guess what??? They found our reservation with no problem and some how had some other ladies name connected to our reservation. I absolutely hate making this bad review. I usually just don’t do reviews at all and forget it but this was truly a terrible thing we experienced after traveling all afternoon with no place to go and my daughter having surgery the next morning. We prefer Holiday Inn hotels because they usually are nicer, cleaner, and within our budget but unfortunately we had to stay in a very much less nicer hotel and way out of our budget. My daughters surgery got canceled last minute due to an unrelated emergency and I thank God because we still didn’t know where we were going to stay the next night after her surgery due to this mishap. Her surgery is being rescheduled for Monday and I would love for Holiday Inn to make it right with her.

We stopped here on a return trip from visiting friends in Virginia. The hotel is at the foot of Lookout Mountain so the view is mostly trees but in a pleasant, quieter location outside of downtown Chattanooga. There is a Cracker Barrel on the same road just below the hotel. We easily drove back into town for supper at Carraba's. The lobby was very inviting with a mountain lodge feel and a crackling fire in the fireplace. We had a suite with separate sitting room and bedroom on the 3rd floor. Ask for a room facing the mountain - we had a view of the dumpster from our room. (Not mad about the dumpster - every hotel needs one. Just didn't think about asking for a specific view.) The room was very clean with one exception - some hairs left behind on the wall of the shower stall. The color pattern of the tile might have camouflaged them so that housekeeping overlooked them, and it was not a deal-breaker for us but might warrant some additional training for staff. The breakfast area was busy on a Tuesday morning, so much so that coffee and food items ran out and were being replenished by possibly the only worker responsible for the buffet. He was trying his hardest to stay caught up to the many guests and I suspect this was just a staffing problem, possibly someone not showing up to work the breakfast shift. Every hotel associate we encountered or spoke to was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

After a long day of traveling I dropped off my luggage, turned on the air in the room because someone had turned it off, grabbed my Hilton rewards credit card card, and went to the bar. After a brief conversation with the bartender trying to decide what I would have, she informed me she could not serve me without my id. I said lady I am 50 freaking years old. And I'm staying here and I'm a diamond member. She said it is the hotel rule. I said well it isn't worth it to me to walk back to my room and get a card and come back. I was on the elevator with a guy that had snacks in his hand and said he left his beer downstairs for the same reason. He said he told them the same thing, I'm over 50 years old this is ridiculous. It's funny because my husband and I were actually discussing bringing our grandchildren to this area and thought this might be a cool hotel but I think we might choose a different one. It's a good location, but the customer service isn't what I'm used to for a Garden Inn.

Our stay at Home2Suites was very enjoyable from check in to check out. We were there for four days. We were greeted by Deidre upon check in. She was quite pleasant and personable. Unfortunately once we got to our room it smelled of dog and not very fresh. We asked to be switched to a different room. Deidre was very accommodating and assisted us in finding another one. She was so patient and kind. Upon day three we spoke with Morgan and asked for our room to be cleaned. She stated that she would get in touch with Housekeeping and make sure it was taken care of. We returned from a late lunch to a very clean room. Housekeeping did an awesome job and Morgan delivered! We also requested additional towels and washcloths which were provided right away. The location of the hotel was close to most places, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We will definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga. As a Hilton Honors member I was very pleased. We celebrated our 40th anniversary here and it was extremely nice! The breathtaking ambiance when you walk inside to the bellmen with the hats and curtesy they gave us when we first arrived. Our room was on the 10th floor end unit as we walked inside was kinda small but the bathroom was big! Quiet room, pillows were ok but bed was very comfortable! Room service was great but only Friday-Sunday, very disappointed as we stayed through Monday. I love in room service fir breakfast especially! The restaurant was superb and our waiter Chris was absolutely perfect! The bartender in the front bar named I believe Barry was such an amazing guy! Good food in there to order as well! Anything you needed the front desk accommodated very nicely! The tour of room 311 was definitely a must! Valet Parking was a bit pricey but worth it! You will be happy to book this for your stay in Chattanooga! Great memories! So much to do in Chattanooga!

My wife and I spent one night at The Edwin Hotel and it could not have been better. We tried to make the most of the on-site amenities and visited both Whitebird and Whiskey Thief. Both were great experiences. The next morning we had breakfast at Rembrandts in the nearby art district. Our room was a welcome change from chain hotels and was nicely appointed. Our view was mainly of the Hunter Art Museum but we could see the Tennessee River also. The location is a huge plus and we enjoyed walking across the Walnut Street Bridge and over into Coolidge Park. When my husband and I arrived for check in, we stood at the desk for a moment waiting for someone. As we were standing there we started to notice a very potent smell reeking of *********. At first, we didn’t think anything of it, until the employee came around to check us in, and the smell began to take over the entire lobby. The woman’s eyes were blood shot red, and she seemed a little confused, we had to remind her to hand us back my husbands drivers license. I felt very uncomfortable having someone who clearly under the influence checking us in and handling our personal information.. Her name tag was half way covered, but she had red hair, we checked in around 9pm on June 12th and she was the only one I saw working. We also smelled ********* coming from other guests rooms over night. My husband has asthma and hates the smell of smoke, so this was a deal breaker on us coming back. Breakfast however was great and the other attendants that were there the following morning were fantastic. But still this hotel is Nothing that I would recommend to anyone visiting Chattanooga.. go downtown.

Overall it was not the best experience. Staff was very checked out.. Valet parking was pricey but they were quick. There is a $5 for 24 hour lot right down the street if you don't want to pay the $20 a day and don't mind a short walk. The second elevator was out of service for 4 out of the 5 days we were there which led to some long wait times during busier hours.. and yes there were stairs, but we were on the 5th floor and I had a 2 and 4 year old with me, so that was almost out of the question. Also the pool area needs some serious TLC... looked like it had never been cleaned. Missing tiles. Lots of deposits around the edge of the pool. Also the pool was unuseable for 2 days due to them needing to fill it because the water level was so low. They obviously filled it with city water because the pool temperature was a toasty 65 degrees. My other gripe was the room service. The first day we were there the room was cleaned and new towels added. However there was nothing done over the next 2 days. When I called down they said they don't offer room cleaning unless its requested. And I asked about the first day when it was done and they said it wasn't. Okay.. I'm the liar. I also asked if I could get fresh towels and toilet paper. I was told I would need to come down to get those things. Overall I would not stay at this property again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I chose this hotel due to it being very close to the airport (CHA) ten minute drive. I've stayed at other Sleep Inns and the room we had was smaller and only offered a Queen size bed. They offer a free breakfast starting at 6 am but as of 6:30 am there wasn't much to choose from. Nothing hot, even the coffee. Shower door didn't ”latch' closed but no water spilled out though. Plenty of hot water and fresh towels daily. Heater/ AC worked great, bed was okay. Ice machine broken on 3rd floor, wifi was good but be sure to ask for the guest password then restart your phone to connect. This hotel is not in the nicest part of town but plenty of stores close by including Interstate 75. Attractions, Ruby falls, Rock city, Lookout mountain , Incline railroad are close by, 15 minute drive. Gatlinburg about 2 1/2 hour drive. Overall it's not bad. Felt safe and quiet place. We were gone seeing the sites most of the days so if your looking to save money ,close to the airport/attractions this may be fine for you. Just don't expect anything special.

I want to preface my review with the fact that I never write negative reviews. I try to give businesses and folks in general the benefit of the doubt. I can't let this one go, however. My husband and are regular travelers and to be fair generally stay at Hyatt Hotels, as we have status and benefits through Hyatt. We've been considering a change, as Hyatt does not have as many benefits as years past. We will however RUN FROM BONVOY, thanks to the Westin Chattanooga. They really messed this one up, as I have a small business and they could have benefited from having us as loyal patrons. We were staying at the hotel for 3 nights, with a large business event being held here for my husband's industry. To start, our room was never adequately cleaned. The first day the bed looked as though a toddler tried their best to make the bed. Zero effort went in to tidying up the bed. Dirty hand towels were left in the bathroom, empty water bottles left out and trash items like wrappers, etc. were left about the room. I have never witnessed such a poor attempt at ”cleaning” a room before. Not even during Covid did I see such a lack of effort. My husband called down to let the manager know and they assured us it would be better the following day. They also let us know several others had called down to complain. Day two, the room was cleaned in the exact same manner. Absolutely nothing changed. The third incident was my room service order. I ordered the Westin Breakfast that was delivered to my room with no potatoes. I declined to even address the issue at the time, as I had an appointment to make. Lastly, and the reason for this review, was the $250 charge for the broken mirror. The day before we departed, my husband and I were getting ready to leave our room when a loud noise was heard from RM 711 and the wall moved. Someone had either hit the wall, stumbled or something else on the other side of the wall adjacent to our room. I saw the mirror on our side of the wall swell and then heard and saw it crack immediately. I told my husband to make sure to call and report this, as I was certain with our experience we would be undoubtedly blamed for this incident. We called immediately to report what happened and spoke to the manager at checkout as well. He was extremely apologetic and tried to offer us breakfast, as sandwich, anything to attempt to make up for our troubles. We declined, as we had a flight to catch but I did appreciate the attempt. At minimum, our breakfast should have been comped. It wasn't. My husband made it clear on numerous occasions that we were concerned they would try to stick us with the charge for the mirror. I realize the Westin has to take us at our word, however I believe everyone should take accountability in life. Had this legitimately been our fault, we would absolutely pay for it. We did not cause any damage to this mirror or the room. Now we are tasked with having to dispute this charge with our credit card company. I've also waste
