Are you a T-Mobile Prepaid customer? You may need to activate your SIM. I'm a Sprint customer who received a T-Mobile SIM card The steps for activating your new SIM depend on which SIM card you got: SIM card with Magenta sleeveIf you received a T-Mobile SIM in the packaging shown below, please follow the enclosed instructions or visit www.sprint.com/sim to activate. How do I activate my ATT?To activate a new line of service or a replacement device, please go to the AT&T Activation site or call 866.895. 1099.
How do I know if my AT&T SIM card is activated?Click the blue link below “SIM #” or “Month to Date Usage (MB)”. The status displays to the right of “SIM Status”.

How do I provision my SIM card AT&T?About This Article. Write down the IMEI and ICCID numbers.. Turn off the phone and insert the SIM.. Transfer an existing phone number (optional).. Turn on the phone and make a test call.. Go to the AT&T SIM activation site if needed.. Enter the IMEI and ICCID numbers and click Continue.. Follow the on-screen instructions.. |
