What is this? The easiest way to find the Moen shower valve replacement cartridge you need is to know the series or model number of your Moen bathroom faucet. Exact information for these comes with any paperwork you have received when you first installed the original shower faucet (hopefully you saved it).

Look for the tag on one of the faucet's supply lines. Not all products have model identification on them. Shower faucets will show the Series embossed on the escutcheon plate below the handle. For example, 1300/1400 Series.
