I've made it from 300 RCM brass. It worked but the neck needs turned and the bolt still closed hard until it was fire formed. I never annealed the brass. I think doing so would make the job easier. I luckily ran into a good supply of PRC brass shortly after so I gave up on the project. I have some RCM brass I'll send you for the cost of shipping if you're interested in trying it.

Check SPS a couple times a day. They have had some short lived runs of blem over the past few months. What I have noticed is that the brass will come out from manufacturers in massive batches. Lapua pumped a crap ton onto the market recently. That happens, then things run dry for a long while. I'll try to remember to shoot you a message when I see some.
