A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to Videotron’s network
1.
Press and hold the Side Button and either Volume Button
2.
Swipe the Power icon from left to right
3.
Remove the Nano SIM Card from its holder
4.
Insert the SIM ejection tool into the hole in the SIM Card tray and push until the tray pops out
5.
Place the SIM Card into the tray with the metal contacts facing down
6.
Insert the SIM Card tray into the phone and push until it locks into place
7.
Press and hold the Side Button to turn the phone back on

Use this guide to remove or replace the SIM card in your iPhone 11. This guide is for the physical SIM card only; the embedded SIM (eSIM) is silicon-based and cannot be removed.

Insert a SIM card eject tool or a paperclip into the small hole in the SIM card tray, located near the side button on the edge of the iPhone.
