In iCloud Drive on iCloud.com, click Recently Deleted in the bottom-right corner of the window. Click Recover All, or select each file you want to recover, then click Recover.

Check your Recently Deleted album If you've deleted a photo or video accidentally, it will appear in the Recently Deleted album. Go to Photos > Albums and tap Recently Deleted in the Utilities section.
