| This was absolutely disgusting and run down. I would never recommend this “resort” to my worst enemy!! Upon arrival in our building after checking in the initial smell of Hot Garbage and Pot hit us upon opening the door. As we went to our floor we exited the the elevator to a Pile of garbage in the hallway. We then entered our room..stains on the carpeting, furniture and mold in the vents. The rooms haven’t been updated since the 90’s and the furniture was broken..the beds were lumpy..balcony was disgusting..we were missing the toaster and ironing board..the dryer didn’t heat.. horrible resort!! We tried to move rooms but the other rooms were worse. Throughout the week there was a constant smell throughout the building of pot and garbage. So disappointed in the deception of the hotel and the hotels.com calling this a 4star resort. Lies..can no longer trust hotels.com ratings. We checked in, the dryer in our room was broken, coffee pot broken, lamp was broken (falling over) closet door was broken, called to have us changed, no apology at all, had to change our Disney plans cause we couldn’t wash clothes due to broken dryer. The newly changed room was FILTHY, floor was so dirty, the bottom of our feet were black. The bathroom has the previous persons pubic hairs in there!! Tried to do the jet tub, decided to clean it before hand and brown gunk came out of the jets, so I couldn’t let my kids even do that because it was so gross and filthy. We stayed there for 4 nights and wanted to clean, but the room had no vacuum or broom, I called the front desk and she said someone was going to bring us both…but no-one did. The next day we called again, and again no-one brought it again. Now more than 24 hours later we called a 3rd time, about an hour later someone brought us a broom, no vacuum. This hotel used to be nice, which is why we spent a little more to come here, but it is no longer worth it at all. I do not recommend this hotel at all. So many other great hotels in the same area, don’t waste your money here like we did. Loved it. Huge rooms. Great price. I’ll list the top 3 for sake of time. The main toilet was stuck in a perpetual flush, the pull out couch was in terrible disrepair and the front door wouldn’t lock. It’s obvious the house keeping is doing it’s job well and maintenance did come within the day to fix the toilet. But it obvious they need to make some big up grades in these units.
