What is AutoPay?

AutoPay is a worry-free way to make payments. Metro by T-Mobile will automatically use the saved payment method of your choice to make a withdrawal from your account three days prior to your payment cycle date.

How do I set up AutoPay?

There are several ways to set up AutoPay:

  • Within the MyMetro App on your Metro phone, click Payments, enter your payment method, click on the payment card, turn on AutoPay
  • On Metro by T-Mobile.com, visit MyAccount (link), select Pay Now, enter your payment method, turn on AutoPay.

I just enrolled in AutoPay. When will my first automatic payment take effect?

Once enrolled, AutoPay will attempt to draft from your chosen payment method 3 days prior to your next payment cycle date on the account.

How do I add or change my AutoPay credit card information?

Open the MyMetro app on your phone or log on to MyAccount and update your credit card within the payment wallet.

Can you pay a Metro PCS bill at T

You and your phone will still enjoy the great Metro network powered by T-Mobile. Can I still pay my bill the same way? Yes, you can pay your bill using any of the options you did before. Can I purchase Metro services from a T-Mobile store?

How do I pay my Metro PCS bill?

Within the MyMetro App on your Metro phone, click Payments, enter your payment method, click on the payment card, turn on AutoPay. On Metro by T-Mobile.com, visit MyAccount (link), select Pay Now, enter your payment method, turn on AutoPay.
