First we were told that we werent gonna be able to check in at the correct check in time, then the lights didn’t work in room, the the TV wasn’t working so front desk was notified of both issues was told the maintenance staff was gonna fix it, two days later issues was still happened… in the mean time Our ant issue was getting really bad in the room, I went to front desk the gentleman was rude but got the issue fixed on the TV. Was literally handed a can of raid ant spray and was told “bring the can back when your done”, had to ask for more towels at day 4… location was good, but that’s about it…

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Avoid this place at all costs. It was built decades ago, and there has been little to no updating. The room smelled horrible, the floors were dirty. The sink wouldn't drain. The hot and cold water was transposed in the shower. The pillows smelled like dirty hair and old man bad breath (I kid you not). The towels and wash cloths were rougher than sandpaper. There was no remote control and the front desk gave me one that didn't work. The curtains were ripped (obviously originals). The windows were dirty. The parking lot was nasty with trash all around the dumpster and old, broken toilets stashed in the back. I'm ashamed to have not researched this place before spending money there... and the owners should be more ashamed to even offer this dump to the public. NEVER AGAIN.

Didn’t have room service the whole time we was there. Had to ask for new towels everyday. Rooms need to be updated. Had problems with people next to us being very loud and smoking weed all through out the night, could smell it in our room, talked to the front desk about switching us rooms and they said none was available even though most rooms on our floor was completely empty. It was okay place for the price at the time. However, I don’t know if we will ever return to this hotel.

Love the king suites with jacuzzi tub, sometimes rates are reasonable! Beds however, feel nice to the touch but to sleep on hard and uncomfortable. Thinking about bringing foam mattress next time . Inside needs tlc rust, mold, on air unit , holes in wall, outdated furniture and sleeper sofa need replaced. Id say in time it will improve i hope. Other than that i love the place.

Place is a dump! Stayed 4 nights and No Maid service. Had to ask 10 times for fresh towels. They didn’t we come to empty the trash. Property is very very dirty. We were told but other people staying NOT to use the pool because the water is very dirty! I urge you NOT to stay here!!!!
