Oil-Rite is an ISO 9001:2015 CertifiedDesigner and Manufacturer of Lubrication Equipment Since 1933

Featured Product

Wire Guard

The stainless steel wire guard protects 9 oz. constant level lubricators and reservoirs.  It is installed and removed without the need for tools, yet is nearly unmovable when in position.  It is valuable protection in bustling industrial environments and is suitable for use where American Petroleum Institute (API) standards are in place for centrifugal pumps.

Oil-Rite lubrication equipment is instrumental in maintaining machinery and monitoring fluid flow across a wide expanse of industries. Oil-Rite equipment applications include:

  • apply lubricant to chains and conveyors in high-speed canning facilities
  • automatically replace oil in large bearings in nuclear facilities
  • dispense grease during assembly processes
  • lubricate car crushing machines in recycling operations
  • monitor hydraulic fluid levels in off-road equipment
  • and circulate oil to turbine bearings in wastewater plants

Oil-Rite product is developed by an in-house design team and manufactured in the United States for use in North America and throughout the world.  The quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Constant Level Lubricators automatically maintain a fixed liquid level in a bearing housing or gear box using the liquid seal principle.  These Constant Level Oilers have been specially designed with non-standard adaptations. Constant level lubricators can be used on sleeve bearings, anti-friction bearings, gear boxes, pump housings, ventilating fans and blowers, moistening pads, and any other application demanding the maintenance of a constant liquid level.

What is constant level oiler?

What are constant level oilers? Constant level oilers are designed to maintain a predetermined oil level in a pump bearing housing, gear box, or other oil sump applications. If the oil level drops below a certain point, the depleted oil automatically self-levels based on the constant level oilers volume.

How does an Oiler pump work?

A constant-level oiler can be used to maintain optimum performance. The operation is based on the liquid seal principle: as fluid is depleted in the equipment, the liquid seal on the spout inside the constant-level oiler is broken. When this occurs, air enters into the oil reservoir from the air vent.
