Chapter 2

Third Person POV

*Olympian Throne room (still)*

"Mother?" Zeus asked, sounding shocked, "what are you doing here?"

"What? I can't visit my children to see if they have been causing any problems?" Rhea asked, before noticing Hades, Hestia, and Poseidon standing in the middle of the throne room. "Hestia, baby, come give your mother a hug!" Rhea exclaimed, opening her arms wide and she walked towards her oldest child.

"Mother!" Hestia exclaimed, jumping into her mother's arms, which was very easy for her young form.

This seemed to snap some of the other siblings out of their stupor, because the next thing Rhea knew, Poseidon and Hades had joined in the hug, revealing a fourth individual standing in the middle of the throne room.

"And who might you be?" Rhea asked, once she had removed herself from the hug.

Percy looked up in surprise, not expecting his grandmother to notice him, "Percy Jackson, Lady Rhea." Percy said, trying to keep titles to a minimum.

"And do you hold any titles?" Rhea asked, with a raised eyebrow.

"I hold a few." Percy responded, still opting not to mention them.

Rhea just stared at Percy expectantly for a few minutes, before she got impatient, "Well, are you going to tell me the titles?"

"Oh.. um.." Percy shifted uncomfortably.

"Allow me mother!" Poseidon stepped in, seeming to glow with pride, though it seemed Rhea didn't know why. "This is Perseus 'Percy' Jackson, Son of Poseidon, twice Hero of Olympus, bane of all monsters, defeater of Ares." This drew an indignant 'HEY' from Ares, " battler of Atlas, protector of the Ophiotaurus, defeater of Antaeus, destroyer of Mount Saint Helens." this drew an indignant 'Hey' from Percy "holder of the sky, traverser of the labyrinth, traverser of the Sea of Monsters, retriever of the golden fleece, the master bolt, and the helm of darkness. Wielder of the sword Anaklusmos." This caused Percy to stand up straighter, hearing the name of his most prized possession, a weapon made of the immortal essence of one of the first friends he had lost. " defeater of Iapetus, retriever of the sword of hades, defeater of Hyperion, defeater of Kronos titan lord of time, protector of hope, praetor of the twelfth legion of Rome, leader of camp half blood, member of the prophecy of the seven, traverser of Tartarus, trickster of Nyx, traverser of the house of night, defeat of Achlys." This, along with the mention of Tartarus, cause Percy to shift uncomfortably. "Defeater of the giants Polybotes, Otis, Ephialtes, and probably others that I can't remember." Poseidon said, scratching the back of his neck sheepishly, "battler of Gaea, awakener of Gaea due to nose bleed."

"Hey!" Percy yelled, "she didn't need to know that!"

Poseidon just grinned in response, before continuing, "Defeater of Cacus, defeater of Hades."

"Hey now, brother!" Hades said, threateningly, "I let him live!"

"Sure you did, that's why your entire army was destroyed at the Styx, and you vanished into the shadows in fright." Demeter drawled, drawing chuckles from some of the younger Olympians, and full on laughs from the Older Olympians.

"Anyways." Rhea said, stopping the teasing of her son, "Are there anymore titles I should know about?"

"Well there are others, but they aren't important." Percy rushed, trying to keep his dad from naming a crap ton more titles, "The only other one that really matters, to me that is, defeater of Python, and avenger of Annabeth Chase." Percy finished, before somehow both seeming to slouch in defeat, and stand taller at the thought of avenging the woman he loves.

Pantheons collide, Time is changed, and gods are leaving—for good. Something is rising in the pits of Tarturas, something dark and persuasive. Convincing the gods to fade is only the beginning. The world is growing darker. In the Egyptian world, an Egyptian god has broken free.

Fate is being written in stone, changing what has been known. The world is dying, and 3 forgotten gods are taking over, masking the world in darkness. There is a shed of hope though; a group of demigods, magicians, and magical creatures are sent spiralling through time to fix what's right—which is to bring back the gods. Yes, it's as hard as it sounds.

Trying to find something personal to the gods is hard, but it's even harder when the 3 gods are on your tail, trying to kill you before you can complete your mission. As the end of time draws nearer, one word travels through each Heroes mind: One has to die.
