How do you use color brilliance permanent creme hair color?

Apply a small amount of desired color to a few select strands. Process for 20-40 minutes depending on the level of color intensity desired, rinse and evaluate for accurate results.

How much developer do I use with ion permanent creme hair color?

Using a non-metallic bowl, mix 2 oz of ion™ Color Brilliance™ permanent brights with 2 oz ion™ Sensitive Scalp® Crème Developer 10 volume. Mixing ratio is 1:1.

Do you need developer for ion permanent creme hair color?

You actually need a developer for all haircolors. That is what breaks down the hair so that it can change colors. Other wise if you don't have to developer you are just putting the color on top of the hair which will rinse out during your next shampoo.

How long does permanent creme hair color last?

Ideally, permanent hair colour would stay just as vibrant as it was the day you coloured it, at least until the roots grow. On most heads of hair, that would mean a good 6-8 weeks between touch-ups.
