Filter reviews by traveler type: Traveling as a Family with Young Children 5/2/2022 The room size was great and very nice. The staff was helpful. Great location for getting to the Universal Parks! The pool closed at 8pm on a FRIDAY! I had very disappointed children. The security deposit was quite high at $250. The breakfast left much to be desired. The front desk person was polite and cheerful. The price for the room was affordable and the location to Universal Studios was the reason we book this hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces. The AC worked great. The beds were not the most comfortable and the pillows could be replaced. We saw a few small black ants here and there. Continental breakfast was okay. Not much of a variety.
