Is head and shoulders effective for seborrheic dermatitis?If it's dandruff, it's quite simple to treat effectively. Just use Head & Shoulders anti-dandruff shampoo with 1% pyrithione zinc every time you wash your hair (preferably at least 3 times a week) for 3 weeks. Whether you have dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis, you should see a huge improvement.

How long does it take head and shoulders clinical strength to work?For me, this shampoo, used on face, scalp, and body, addressed my issues visibly within days. I had significant improvement after 48 hours, but visible improvement within 24 hours, and some "drying up" improvement in only 4 hours.
