This Collectible is automatically obtained after traversing the Ashtray Maze during the main story mission Polaris.
Notes
A series of hidden messages can be heard throughout the song when it is played in reverse. The full transcription of these messages is below:
In their drunken fever states, see them both profoundly; the pyramid in the stone file becomes a spruce tree
The diamond will tell you where; 1, 19, 7, 1, 18, 4, 9, 19 ("Asgard is")
Landing on the polar star and rushing on to the red room, find the cord to take you to a secret rendezvous
This hidden message is used to solve a secret puzzle in the Investigations Sector in the AWE expansion:
- In the Shifted Passage, there is a wall section where a painting of spruce trees is on display. Destroying the wall will reveal an entirely new section with a sideways office leading to another room, where a radio plays "Take Control." Another painting of spruce trees is in this room, and when destroyed, it reveals a passage leading to a diamond-shaped hole.
- Inside the room past the diamond-shaped hole, there is a clock which can be interacted with. The sequence of numbers in the second line refers to the hand positions on the clock when converted from military time (1-19-7-1-18-4-9-19 becomes 1-7-7-1-6-4-9-7.) Inputting them in the correct order will create a hole in the floor.
- A star-shaped platform is at the bottom of the hole. From there, a section of Hiss-filled red offices can be reached, and when all enemies are killed, the light switch cord appears, leading to the Oceanview Motel. Traversing the Motel as normal will award the unique Aerobics Personal Mod and the Valhalla Nursing Home Hotline Collectible.
