She sent me another about 10-12” long. This is the third year and I am attaching the picture. Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2019 OLD REVIEW: I was so excited about this climbing rose. I planted it in late May and it grew beautifully -- a very healthy plant. But even though it grew well and to about 4 ft in its first year, not one single bloom. It is now 4 months later.....nothing. I have several successful rose plants that I planted from roots, so I have the experience and the optimal garden space. Very unhappy. UPDATE: The response I received from Stargazer indicated that I may have over-fertilized it last year. I held back on that this year and so far, not only is it growing well, but I can already see 3 blooms starting! I can't wait for it to explode! One year later update: so I took their advice and didn't fertilize as much. Only twice as is recommended by most gardeners. It went through two full cycles of beautiful blooms and then stopped growing altogether. Zero new growth at all for the past two months. The existing leaves are nice and healthy, but absolutely no growth for two months. Weird! Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2021 I bought this. Reviewed in the United States on June 4, 2020 Nice healthy plant that settled right in and started growing. Robust leaves and a very perky demeanor! This is a great online nursery for hard-to-find rose varieties, which, in addition, are grown on their own roots (which results in a longer lasting, hardier plant). I have grown several roses of this size ("band") over the past few years, and if they are well cared for, they emerge into wonderful robust plants, these are no exception. I ordered four varieties from Stargazer Perennials this year and all are doing super well. I'm a big fan of this online nursery, and it's awesome they are out there on Amazon!
