Then keep right at the fork and merge onto 130th Pl and keep left to continue on Pan Am Rd. Next, turn right onto Lefferts Blvd and turn left onto N Conduit Ave. After that slight left onto the Belt Pkwy W ramp to Verrazano Bridge and merge onto Belt Pkwy. At this point use the right 2 lanes to take exit 3 for Interstate 278 W/Verrazano Br toward Staten Island and keep left at the fork and merge onto Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. Keep left to stay on Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and head straight for 450ft. Then Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge turns slightly right and becomes I-278 W and use the right 2 lanes to take exit 5 for NY-440 S toward Outerbridge Cr. Next, continue onto NY-440 S and use the right 2 lanes to take exit 1 for NY-440 S/Outerbridge Crossing toward New Jersey/1. After that keep left, follow signs for NJ-440/Outerbridge Cr and continue onto NY-440 S/Outerbridge Crossing. Continue onto NJ-440 S and keep left to stay on NJ-440 S. Then, continue onto I-287 N and keep left to stay on I-287 N. Keep left to stay on I-287 N and take exit 10 to merge onto Easton Ave toward S Bound Brook/NJ-527 N. After that merge onto Easton Ave and use any lane to turn left onto Davidson Ave. At this point turn left onto Elizabeth Ave and turn right onto Amwell Rd.
