Condition is excellent with nothing loose inside where the carriage, Dalmatians and horses sit, no damage to the outside plastic housing. All lights work, even a switch on the bottom of the sign for the lights only, so clock will keep running when lights are off, Clock works perfectly and adjusts easily with knob right on clock face. There are some scratches/scuffs to the Plexiglass which is common on these and also a scratch mark on the picture of the Lady.
