NextCare will only administer this service when a provider determines it necessary and resources are available to perform the testing service. To identify clinics with available testing, please look for the testing icons on the clinic’s location page. Our clinics continue to experience a surge in demand. See What Our Patients are SayingCan urgent care do xray?X-Rays at an urgent care are a great way to find easily accessible and affordable x-ray services. Patients can visit as a walk-in or book online without a long wait at a hospital! An x-ray is a handy tool in diagnosing injuries and illnesses in patients.
How do you get XHow do I get an X-ray? Your GP or consultant may order an X-ray to help diagnose a medical problem you have been discussing with them. X-rays are usually taken in your local hospital department, although some larger health centres also now take certain simple X-rays.
Where can I get XOutpatient clinics and imaging centers will likely have the most affordable price, followed by Urgent Care. Emergency rooms and hospitals will likely be the most costly. Cash-paying patients can expect to pay as little as $45-$250 per x-ray at an outpatient clinic.
Why do xX-ray images are digital, so a radiologist can see them on a screen within minutes in an emergency. For nonemergencies, it may take a day or so for them to review the X-ray and get back to you with the results.
