What size windshield wipers for 2015 honda civic

Looking online, it says that the 2015 Honda Civic windshield wiper blade sizes are 26" or 28" and 22" or 24". Is that an "or" meaning I can use whichever, they'll both fit? Or an "or" meaning it depends on which specific car?

Tried measuring the car, but the passenger wiper is gone, and the driver's side one appears to be about 23.5". Not sure how that happened (not my car).
