Certification is valid for 2 years from course completion date. About the CourseStudents learn how to recognize a life-threatening emergency, how to provide basic life support and what to do in case of an airway obstruction or choking. BLS covers life-saving skills for adults, children, and infants. There is a written and a skill evaluation for successful completetion of the course.
