Apr 12, 2017 Recently purchased a 2017 570 Xmr, when i bought this i had several things in mind. First was price then weight and the 700 bbk from griffin performance even though i do both mud and trail riding i got the Xmr cause i also have a SXS. but wanted a sleeper type bike also. Before anyone says i should have bought a 800 or 1000 , that is not what i wanted. I
figured i would register and see if anyone here has the 700 or the 810 bbk and how is the reliability and power. Joined

I won't say what I have been asked not to say. In all honestly tho....you might want to look into clutching before increasing cc's. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

So you know, there's no need in a bbk for a 570, as all the bore kits for an 650/800 fit the 570.

The 700 and 810 are excellent kits I am the only one with big bores kits designed specifically for the 500 and 570 platforms. SURE!.... you can bolt on a 800 top end kit.....The difference in stroke between the machines is so dramatic that the compression ratio falls alot.... soooo a 11:1 800 piston will be around
8.8:1 (lower than stock) in a 570 engine. You will gain cc's from bolting on a 800 top end but performance will not be what it should or could be. The 500/570 platforms will make horsepower high in the rpm's...compression is a must. Joined Apr 12, 2017 · 10 Posts

Apr 17, 2017 the 810 would probally really be a beast but like you I would be worried about reliability and breaking stuff Joined Dec 26, 2014 · 411 Posts
The 570 shares most of the same driveline components as its bigger brothers.... reliability is all in how you treat your drivetrain. Guys break axles with stock power all the time. Bracket or puck lifts and big tires contribute alot to this. Joined Apr 12, 2017 · 10 Posts

Kinda curiouus like big green. Seen the YouTube vid of the 570 with the 700 kit on it and hp numbers are impressive. But will it hold up. Not to worried bout drive train like griff said these machines share a lot of the same parts. But melting a motor down is no fun. Have helped Rebuilt lots of sled motors. Including my own. A few times. Two stokes
are cheap. In comparison to these vtwins Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk Joined Dec 26, 2014 · 411 Posts
how many 810 kits have you done and how much testing was done on them and finally are they reliable Well since the 570 started in 2016, the 810 is relatively new we just released it this year. It is built the same way our other kits are built and they have been around for years now. Sooo
reliable?... YES. Joined May 25, 2019 · 8 Posts
Curious if the 860 bbk fits the 570? A dude bought it put it on this bike I now have and the one way bearing backed out but still having other issues wondering if it could of been caused by him running a 860 big bore kit on a 570 stock crank with a the bomb fuel programmer.
