Join Date: Nov 2013 Location: Fort Worth | Does anyone know any restrictions to hunting this lake I looked it up on trwd website and it just says you can and I've found some posts that say you have to be on the water other than that I have no information... Any knowledge of the rules is appreciatedthanks |

Join Date: Oct 2011 Location: Tyler, TX Hunt In: Cherokee Co. | 20+ years ago there were blinds set up in at the far north end of the lake near where the river comes in. Never looked at them that closely but probably set up to pull a boat in to. Would assume that is also the area of the lake with the highest chance of success... fewer people, shallower water, narrow area of lake etc. Good luck, keep us posted if you find out it is still legal and give it a try |
