I enjoy the Dark Chocolate Salter Caramel by Ghiradelli. Used this seller before and product arrived almost all undamaged. Took a chance and reordered. All 3 bags arrived with damaged candy inside. Discolored. Melted and reset. So, I'm sticking to store bought from now on so my treat is just perfect.

These are very good, like most of the Ghirardelli squares. Not overly sweet, which is perfect for dark chocolate. I'm very happy they're expanding the dark chocolate square options as I'm not much for milk chocolate. The darker, the better! ;)
These are a nice balance between extremely dark & sweet enough for a little change of pace when I'm craving something other than straight dark chocolate.
I can't tell there's "sea salt" in them, but I'm not sure I'd want to. Other than high end hand made chocolates with a few grains of sea salt on top, I don't really get the whole "salt in chocolate" trend. Yes, it works for chocolate covered pretzels, but that's because there's a pretzel in there.
Overall, these are wonderful.

I have these on "subscribe & save" but am putting them off for the time being. They're up almost $4 since I got them 3 months ago. That's INSANE! I'll do without, thank you!

Even they are rather expensive I love the taste of these dark chocolates and will buy them again.

Love 'em. Have bought them in the stores for several years. They seem to be getting harder and harder to find. I was happy to see them on Amazon and the price was right. They taste the same as the ones in the stores do. I'm happy with my purchase.

UPDATE 09/11/2018: I am sorry to say I probably won't buy this product again. This last time I ordered them and they arrived MOST of them were broken open and the caramel was on the inside of the wrapper. Too bad because they taste delicious and are hard to find in stores, but I won't waste my money on having to wonder if I will ever get another order that was crunched like this one was. Totally, not worth the money no matter what the cost.

This is one of the best combinations of flavors I've tried! Admittedly, I'm more of a milk chocolate lover. But my husband has been extoling the virtues of dark chocolate so I started experimenting. We're Ghirardelli fans as it is, but this flavor is OUR favorite. I have to give "kudos" to Amazon for the care they take in packaging these items. It is packed in a box, within insulation of some sort, and with an added bag of ...something else... that obviously kept the chocolate cool. It is 102° in the shade today--and when I unpacked the carton and opened one of the pouches to sneak a bite.... Perfect!

I normally hold back from bad reviews but I will speak up if needed, this order did bother me. I placed my order in December 2021 but what I received had an expiration date of October 31, 2021 which was covered by a temper seal. I know my chocolate when I opened one it had a white residue which mean the chocolate is old. Sure enough because Ghirardelli always stamps their packaging with due date, I removed the temper seal sticker and there was the expiration date for October 31, 2021. How disappointing.
