I believe this shop was formerly called Stanley Security? Anyway, went here about a year ago to have a special key made. The staff was helpful and courteous, and I was happy to have a special key made for what I felt was fairly cheap.

Over charge!!!!!!! It's a terrible experience! At first I go to this shop to ask for the price. They tell me it's around $200 total. But when they finish their work. They want to charge me $315 totally! And they say that they won't leave unless we pay the bill! They are robber! And the second day I call them to ask the price again as I am just a new customer and I ask "how much I should pay total on the bill finally?" This time they tell me it's $150! They are cheating!!!!!!!!! What a terrible shop!!!!!! I call them several time to speak to manager. But I never get call back from them. So I go to the shop to see the manager. The manager just say that it's a reasonable price! And if the customer service tell you the wrong price. It's their mistake! OMG!!! Should I pay for your customer service mistake? And your customer service never do the right estimate!!!!! Cheating!!!!!

I highly recommend going anywhere but here. Ever since the resent buy out by Gene's. .they are untrustworthy and love to over charge...Gene's took a great company and are running it like Gene's and that is not a good thing .

When I'm in a jam this is my go to place for keys they do most all keys and they don't make you wait three hours like the car dealers do.

Came here 3 days ago to get a key made for a lil safe I purchased that had no key. I talked with Keith, upon being very friendly he told me he would personally work on it and get it working, it was done the next day! I can't be any happier.

I needed help with rehab work on an old safe. I talked with 3 different guys. They all were helpful, patient, and pleasant to deal with. They shared openly what information they could, answered all questions, and seemed interested in my project. They did not seem to mind that I was doing the work myself (contrary to one of their competitors) and were upfront about pricing. I will defiantly return for future purchases and services.

This phone number is to a personal phone. I have contacted Liberty Lock and they notified Google and it still hasn't been changed and is now going on 3 weeks. Google should be ashamed of their slow response to this. I get 30 phone calls a day!!!
