Once you create or sign in to your account, select the "Replace your Medicare Card" link under the Medicare Enrollment Detail section.
How do I replace my lost US Medicare card?My card is lost or damaged — Log into (or create) your secure Medicare account to print or order an official copy of your Medicare card. You can also call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) to order a replacement card to be sent in the mail. TTY users can call 1-877-486-2048.
How long does it take to get a new Medicare card?You can get your own Medicare card online or apply for one using a form. You can also get a new card with other people. We'll send your card to the address you've given us. It'll arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks.
Can I print my new Medicare card online?Sign in to your MyMedicare.gov account. If you don't have an account yet, visit MyMedicare.gov to create one. You can sign in to see your Medicare Number or print an official copy of your card. Call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
