I enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the elevators were very prompt (this can be an issue at other hotels and who likes slow elevators). Cons:Several of my electrical outlets didn't work in my king suite. The lamp outlets and wall outlets wouldn't charge my cell phone or my laptop when I needed to work. Also, I stayed for an extended amount of time for 8 days. The bed sheets weren't the cleanest as there were lots of long hair scattered on the bed sheets and blankets. On my first day, I spilled some coke on my bed and the stain was still there until 2 days before I left. Proof that the sheets aren't switched out very often. The food menu for room service was not the best and way overpriced. I ordered a sandwich and soup and it was gross. Didn't finish it. Pros:The staff went out of the way to make our stay the best possible Pros:Great staff.....top notch. Free breakfast with decent choices.. 17:30-19:30 Happy hour.....OPEN BAR! FREE!!!!! Cons:The internet was horrible..... I had to go down to lobby everyday at 6:30 AM to work.... No internet access in rooms.....this may have been because it was a convention week....and the hotel was sold out and everyone was on the net.....none the less.....there are ways to rectify this....but as business owner....I need to be ONLINE...the Hotel did not enable me to do this in the comfort of my room. Pros:The staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The facilities were very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Cons:There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling near shower. Probably because of the shower but it should be addressed. Otherwise no complaints. Pros:Lots of places to eat nearby from fast food to fancy Cons:Wi-Fi works the best in the "living room" of the suite. Very spotty in the bedroom, so if you like to work on your laptop while laying in bed, probably not going to work well. Pros:Location Cons:Our room was not to par.
