When our first room smelled like smoke, they were able to accommodate a room change. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Cons:We tried two rooms. The first smelled like smoke and musty, so we changed rooms. The second only smelled musty, and the room was a bit damp. In both cases, the curtains were drawn, so I assume they are always closed. The windows were dirty. The breakfast was minimal, possibly an after-effect of Covid. I didn't try the breakfast because I was looking for something that required minimal handling, like pre-packaged yogurt, or bananas, or even make your own waffle, where I was the one handling the food. Cons:My room smelled like smoke, the shower head was broken and there was a crack in one of the doors. Pros:The bed was very comfortable. Cons:The night attendant was not very welcoming. Our room keys were not activated properly and after going back 3 separate times she changed the room. She was not very friendly nor very professional overall. Pros:Breakfast is pretty good with a good choice of food. Cons:I was given a full bed instead of queen, rude concierge didn't want to change, suggested to buy a new room with two queen beds. Spund proof is very poor, you will hear all your neighbors and the toilet flush. Mine were discussing what pizza to order till 1 am. Rooms seem to be updated, but in reality they just put another layer of paint and a cheap tiles. My room had no windows and I guess was used for storage before. Fitness room is a joke. I like Country inn but this particular location is garbage. Pros:Good location and nice staff Cons:Budget hotel that is trying to look upscale, but the quality of workmanship is poor and decor is low quality too. Cons:Under construction and a little messy Pros:It was inexpensive and the room were recently remodeled. It was very quiet as well. Cons:The door did not shut without completely a lot force. The hotel is also under construction for a remodel Pros:Hotel is being remodeled. Updated style will be nice, when it's done. Cons:But, it's not finished yet. Lobby was non existence. Very disappointing arrival. Hall was also incomplete. Room was mostly nice, shower curtain rod was falling off. No place to hang towels. Direct TV kept freezing. Free breakfast was good, but was diminished by the under construction room. Pros:Nothing. Cons:They are under construction! No pool, lobby torn apart, numbers taped onto doors. Breakfast was disgusting, room was musty, sheets smelled awful, and staff not very kind. There should be a discount for their messed up facilities.
