Great location, fun atmosphere, beautiful beach

The staff was not very helpful or accommodating. I especially did not like being sold as one of my first interactions. We came into the hotel tired and my first interaction with someone was them trying to bribe me on going to a 90 minute sales meeting.

Traveling as a Family with Young Children

The main attraction of the pool with a slide was closed. This wasnÂ¿t mentioned in check in. Also, I was locked out in the balcony and the security told me that no one could come help for an hour, even after I expressed my concerns having young children

For as nice as our room was, the halls and elevators were beat up. The 2nd wave of check in was unprofessional and awkward but the main desk made up for it. Were told momentarily that we wouldnÂ¿t see Ocean from room but ended up ok on 2nd floor.
