7.8 GoodBased on 2,362 verified guest reviews 7.8Couples 8.0Friends 7.4Solo 7.8Families Pros + Cons - Time of Year: Mar-MayJun-AugSep-NovDec-Feb Sort by: First off they let someone else check-in to our room. Then the shower drain was clogged and dirty in the new room. Can’t say I’ll ever stay here again. Pros:Location was great for my event. Cons:Staff was rude and curt, as if checking clients in was not their job. Shower was very bad - nearly impossible to divert water from the tub to the head. At $229/night group rate I expected better. Pros:Location was great. Close to downtown and the gulch. Free breakfast was appreciated Cons:There was construction going on that started at 6am on a Saturday. We were never offered earplugs. Never really told about it. I would have stayed in a different hotel if I had known this especially for how much I had to pay and the fact that the "relaxing" part of my vacation was ruined. One day when we came back from our hotel all our trash had been taken out of the trash cans and left on the tables next to our stuff. Staff was also very loud in the hallways talking back and forth across rooms while cleaning during the morning hours. Cons:Being double charged. Pros:Staff was great at the front desk....nice complimentary snack bar in the afternoon Cons:Rooms were not serviced by 4pm...so just got fresh towels Pros:Staff was friendly and nice Cons:Lots of fruit flies in the room. room smelled bad. Toilet was very small. The beds were squeaky. Pros:It was what we needed since we were only in town for the night and just needed a place close to the bars before crashing. Cons:Shower was dirty, random amenities fee, and bed was not the best. Pros:Comfort and breakfast Cons:Parking was fine when we arrived at 3:00pm, but when we arrived back at 11:30pm from our outing we had no place to park, got to end of parking garage and couldn't even turn around, so we had to back out. Very disappointed in this. There should be enough parking for guests Pros:Free breakfast was great and the Shuttle for local are drop offs was pretty cool too. Cons:The shuttle didnt go very far or run late enough. Pros:The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Just a couple blocks from downtown, so you don't really have to drive anywhere. Cons:The decor was a little dated, but that didn't affect the comfort or the overall stay. That was really my only beef. 920 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203
