REVIEW NINJA 10-Cup Specialty Coffee Maker CM401

We'Ve made a pot of coffee we've made a cappuccino or latte, and we've made an iced coffee, there's so many different sides there's six sizes you can choose from on all of those drinks except the cat. The specialty brew. This is a very versatile coffee maker

I love the coffee maker but the carafe broke the first time I washed it. I'm wondering how many times it's going to have to be replaced!

LOVE IT! SO MANY FEATURES

We have had our maker 3 year now. And I still love it!. It has a built in filter, no need for pods. My son can make a pot for him in the morning or I can make fresh cup in choice of sizes or in the afternoon I can make a late. I can make an expresso to add to some of my recipes. I use the frother of...

Best coffee maker ever

Love, love, love this coffee maker. I can make as much or as little coffee that I want and I don’t need to by those expensive single serve cups. As a big coffee drinker I would recommend this product highly. Oh, and the price was the best anywhere.

Ninja thinks they're smarter than we are...

I simply want a TRUE half carafe. But, apparently their version of "half" is nearly "two-thirds" of a carafe (32 ounces - which is 64% of a carafe, not 25 ounces - which is 1/2). I see no way to make a true 25-ounce (1/2) carafe without having to underfill the container and listen to two sets of ala...

NINJA SPECIALTY COFFEE MAKER | REVIEW & FULL DEMONSTRATION | NOT SPONSORED!

There's a button that says clean right here when it gets to where this machine needs to be cleaned, that button will illuminate it will light up letting you know that the unit needs to be cleaned. As with any type of coffee makers, you do need to clean them and descale them, they get the calcium scale build up, and that is no good for the flavor of your coffee.

Moldy reservoir!

I love the system however the water reservoir dome has algae/mold. It does not come clean when running clean cycle with water & vinegar. You cannot remove the dome either for cleaning. This is a known issue but what is the fix?

Perfect flex brew coffee pot!

I love this machine! No more pods. Complete flexibility in what coffee I want, how strong I want it, and what size cup to brew. I can brew my husband a cup of super light roast coffee and then brew myself a half pot of strong French roast. It’s absolutely perfect! And I love the Classic and Rich bre...

Extremely BRITTLE reservoir plastic-BROKE

DO NOT BUY. I ignored the other reviews about the plastic water reservoir breaking easily. It fell three inches from my hand to the sink and broke a large chunk off the corner and cracked up the side. This is really the most brittle plastic I have ever seen on a kitchen appliance. This happened on t...

Still Too New to Make A Proper Review

I've only had it a few days. So far, I've only tried the 1/2 carafe and single cup features and both worked just fine. I decided not to use the filter that came with it, so I bought some #4 cone filters. The reason I gave only 3 stars is that I do not like the way the carafe is designed. The top is ...

The difference between the Ninja™ Specialty Coffee Maker with Glass Carafe (CM401) and the Ninja™ Specialty Coffee Maker with Thermal Carafe (CM407) is only that the CM401 has a glass carafe and warming plate, and the CM407 has a thermal carafe.

Does Ninja specialty CM401 make espresso?

No, the Ninja Coffee Bar doesn't make true espresso. But it does make a rich coffee concentrate that can be a good substitute for espresso in homemade lattes, cappuccinos, and more!

Which is better Ninja or Keurig?

The Keurig outshines the Ninja coffee bar by a lot with its 75-ounce tank that will make many more cups than the 50-ounce reservoir with the Ninja. Both are removable for easy cleaning, but you'll be filling your Ninja a lot more, especially if you're brewing carafes.
