"Roaches" Overall Score4.0/ 5 Over all it was a good stay. We had a great time at the Hampton. Food was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice. "I booked over the phone and was reserved at the wrong location." Overall Score1.0/ 5 I recently made a reservation for the hotel located at 411 S Flores and was booked at this location which was incorrect. I gave the agent the exact address of where I was planning on staying due to my son have a basketball tournament exactly 2.34 miles from the location I specified. I don't live in Texas so I had no idea I was booked for something different until I pulled up the email to google directions and it showed I was about 18 miles frow where I should have been booked. This mistake on the agency behalf was/is very inconvenient for my children and I. Samuel G.
